To enable Weather Tracks to provide it's core service and weather information, we access your device location data. You can control how you allow this information to be accessed. You can select from the following options.

While the App is running (recommended). This means the app will only collect your location data when you're using the app.

Just once. This means you will need to give permission each time you open the app.

Don't Allow. If you select this option, the app will not work. We need your location to provide a song selection based on the local weather conditions and weather information for your location.

Remember. You can always change your permissions via the settings on your device.

Your location data is only used to enable the functionality of the app. We do not store or share your data outside of the app or with any third parties.

To enable the app to provide weather information.
Type of data: Location. Lawful basis for processing: To provide functionality for the app.

To install the app.
Type of data: Device. Lawful basis for processing: To allow successful installation of the app.

Google playstore’s terms also apply. The ways in which you can use the app may also be controlled by Google PlayStore’s rules and policies and Google PlayStore’s rules and policies will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two.

Apple AppStore terms also apply. The ways in which you can use the app may also be controlled by appstore rules and policies and Apple AppStore’s rules and policies will apply instead of these terms where there are differences between the two.
